My name is Chantal. Born and raised in The Netherlands, as a young adult I spread my wings and moved to the United States. I lived in Alabama, Missouri and Texas for a total of 6 years, after which I returned to Europe where I currently reside in Belgium. 

I love to paint and since 2006 mainly work with oils. I get most of my inspiration from nature around me, be it in Europe or the United States. I tend to be a representational painter, although I also experiment with surrealism and figurative art.
